To be plain about it: there is no live two-way sync with another planning system. Movement is by CSV, in both directions, and we would rather tell you that now than after you have set one up.

The week before a wedding, the same three documents get made again from a guest list export. The Studio builds them from the replies it is already holding, and names each one for the supplier who receives it rather than for its format.

Does it sync with the platform we already use?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. There is no live two-way sync with any other planning system. Movement between them is by CSV in both directions: import a guest list with its columns mapped and duplicates reviewed, and export the guest and RSVP data at any time. In practice planners import once, collect replies here, and export the day-of documents to their suppliers.
What do we get that our platform does not already give us?
Two things. The guest side: a designed invitation each household opens without an account, replying for everyone at once. And the supplier side: the kitchen sheet, shuttle manifest and place cards built from the replies you already hold, instead of rebuilt by hand the week before.
What does it cost?
The first founding-partner pilot wedding is free. If you continue, the founding rate is $325 CAD per wedding while your agency remains active with us. The core rate stays protected; future services with materially different scope may be priced separately. Self-service tools remain available at no charge in the current release.
Can I try it before creating an account?
Yes. Open any guest invitation demo without signing up. The planner Studio demo also uses sample weddings you can explore and edit. Demo actions do not contact real guests. Create an account when you want a wedding of your own.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Each household opens its personal invitation link in a browser. Guests can respond for their household and see the events they are invited to.
How much do I need ready to get started?
Start with your names and the details you know. Choose a design, add events and build your guest list as plans come together. Setup guidance and a design preview help you review your work before sharing invitations.
Can I bring my guest list and take it with me?
Yes. Import a CSV spreadsheet, map its columns and review households before saving. You can export guest and RSVP data from Studio as your plans develop.
